We at unsur set out these terms to explain how our platform operates, what we expect from account holders, and how disputes are resolved. By creating an account on unsur, you agree to these terms. Our platform is available only where local law permits — users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.

Account Creation and Eligibility

When you join unsur, you create an account by providing your email address, phone number, and a secure password. We send a verification code to your email — enter it to confirm your account. Next, we ask for KYC verification: a valid Indonesian ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), a recent selfie, and phone-number confirmation. Our verification team reviews these documents within hours.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use unsur. You are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow others to use your account. If we detect unauthorized access, we may suspend your account pending investigation. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

KYC Verification Required Before Withdrawal

We require KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Provide a valid Indonesian ID, a recent selfie, and confirm your phone number. Verification typically completes within hours.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We support nine payment methods on unsur: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits via mobile banking and e-wallets process instantly. Bank transfers may take hours depending on your bank's schedule. Once your deposit confirms, the balance appears in your unsur account and is ready to use.

Withdrawals process through your original deposit method or via bank transfer. We review all withdrawal requests to prevent fraud — this typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, we send your funds to your chosen payment method. You'll receive a push notification confirming the withdrawal has been processed.

We do not charge hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount you receive. Withdrawal minimums vary by payment method — we display the minimum for each method when you select it. If your withdrawal is below the minimum, we'll prompt you to increase the amount or choose a different method.

Note: We reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud or violation of these terms. We will notify you of the reason for any declined request.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

We may offer promotional bonuses to new or existing account holders. Any bonus offer comes with specific terms — we display these clearly before you accept the bonus. Bonuses typically require a minimum deposit or a minimum number of plays before you can withdraw the bonus amount.

  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
  • Harassing our support staff or other users

If we detect any prohibited conduct, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice. We may also forfeit any balance in your account and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

Data Privacy and Security

We keep your account data secure through encryption and secure servers. Your password is encrypted — we never store it in plain text. When you log in, we verify your credentials against our secure servers. If you enable two-factor authentication, we send a one-time code to your phone each time you log in from a new device.

We use your account data only to operate unsur — to process your payments, verify your identity through KYC checks, and provide customer support. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a retention period for compliance purposes. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain records.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with unsur, contact our support team through unsur.app. Provide details about your issue, including relevant transaction references and dates. Our support team will investigate and respond within five business days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your dispute to our management team. Provide a written summary of your issue and our previous response. We will review your escalation and respond within ten business days.

If you remain unsatisfied after escalation, you may pursue legal action in your jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Indonesia.

Jurisdiction Notice

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.

If you access unsur from a jurisdiction where online wagering is prohibited, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any legal consequences you may face. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you are accessing unsur from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your unsur account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity. Suspension means you cannot access your account or withdraw funds. Termination means your account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

If your account is suspended or terminated, any balance in your account may be forfeited. We will not refund balances from suspended or terminated accounts except where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on unsur.app. Your continued use of unsur after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account.
