This includes the amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), timestamp, and outcome. We retain this data for as long as your account is active, plus a retention period for compliance purposes.

Device information: We collect information about your device when you use unsur — your device type (Android or iOS), operating system version, app version, and IP address. We use this information to troubleshoot technical issues, prevent fraud, and improve our platform. We do not track your location beyond your IP address.

We Never Collect Unnecessary Data

We will provide you with a copy of your personal data within 15 business days of your request. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we're required by law to retain records.

You have the right to object to our use of your data for fraud prevention or legal compliance. However, objecting may prevent us from operating your account or processing your payments.

How We Protect Your Data
